We can provide structural calculations and construction details for all types of structural refurbishment works.
We can work from Architect's drawings or direct from client's instructions. In either event we would visit the property to carry out a site survey and then accurately produce the necessary drawings, calculations and specifications.

Boundary walls are a part of properties all over Scotland those walls are often deteriated due to road salts & damp conditions as most have no protection from the elements. At McIntyre masonry we offer cost affective repair and maintenance to bring your boundary wall back to serviceable condition restoring the value of your home.

McIntyre masonry ltd understand the value of correct pointing materials and application. All our operatives are fully trained in the application of lime mortars. Using the correct mortar is vital to maintain the integrity of the natural sandstone.

McIntyre masonry ltd undertake all insurance work. When quoting insurance repairs our experienced team make sure nothing is missed as stone repairs often need to start with the unseen damage. We carry out a full report of damage and are always on hand if needed by our clients to communicate with insurance assessors when required.
